Shipping policy

We ship in EU only:

• Netherlands - 3 to 7 business days
• Europe - 5 to 12 business days

We are hoping to ship worldwide very soon. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Note: delivery time during December might be longer than usual.

If the shipping company attempts to deliver the customer's order but fails to do so, it will notify the customer who will have to pick the order up at the specified location - usually the nearest post-office.

The shipping company might fail to deliver the order for multiple reasons including, but not exclusively:

• Wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer when placing the order;
• No person being available to receive the order at the specified location when the shipping company tries to deliver it.

NOTE: Should the customer fail to pick up the order during the available time period specified by the shipping company, the order will be sent back to us.
Should this happen due to any reason for which nor ReConEssence nor the shipping company are responsible for, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order or the order will be canceled.

• Each additional shipping attempt will have the same shipping costs as the original order.
